Job Summary
Your responsibilities:
- Building and managing policies for SAP system.
- Managing the role and permission assignment process (including cyclical reviews).
- Providing a framework for system utilization in accordance with the companys audit compliance and security requirements.
- Managing a GRC-class system within SAP.
- Being in control of the change management process.
- Working with external suppliers/integrators and consulting firms as well as quality control of services and the delivery process by external partners.
- Participating in internal and external audits.
- Collaborating with Project Managers and Product Owners of other core systems integrated with SAP components.
- Ensuring all companies within the Group operate under the same SAP Governance framework.
Qualifications :
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Strong knowledge of SAP technology including familiarity with SAP licensing (FUE).
- Excellent understanding of compliance and IT procedures for international companies.
- Understanding of audit and control requirements for ERP-class systems.
- Good understanding of ITIL methodology.
- Excellent communication skills ability to translate business expectations into IT language.
- Being accustomed to navigating in an international environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills ability to establish and maintain strong relationships influence others and strive towards a common vision as well as effectively work at all organizational levels.
- Fluent knowledge of English and Polish; knowledge of any other European languages is an advantage.
