Job Summary
What youll do:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across business functions (from intake meeting to offer stage)
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements success profiles and sourcing strategies
- Actively source candidates via LinkedIn job boards database search and direct outreach
- Screen CVs and conduct structured competency-based interviews (STAR methodology)
- Build and present shortlists with clear hiring recommendations
- Coordinate interview stages and ensure a smooth high-quality candidate experience
- Prepare and negotiate job offers in cooperation with hiring managers and HR
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Share market insights (salary benchmarks talent availability trends) with the business
- Support internal mobility processes and ensure compliance with GDPR and company policies
Qualifications :
What were looking for:
- Experience in a similar role working in a dynamic environment (agency or in-house)
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in managing full-cycle recruitment
- Confidence in offer negotiations
- English at min. B2 level
- Proficiency in Polish language is required
