Job Summary
The collection development assistant has the responsibility of supporting the collection design team from an operational point of view.
The main objectives are:
1 ) Manage the computerization process of the stylistic data of the reference collection.
2) Support the coordinator in the search for raw materials and independently prepare material orders respecting the target price and the planning received.
Qualifications :
1.01 Correctly enter the stylistic data relating to the garment via the management system precisely and within the established times
1.02 Support the coordinator in the search for raw materials and independently prepare the orders of the materials
(Accessories raw materials) of the sample garments respecting the target price and the planning received.
1.03 Supervise the management of the materials relating to the prototypes
1.04 Create technical sketches respecting the stylistic and technical information that emerged during the fittings.
1.05 Collaborate during the preparation activities for the presentation of the collections in operational terms (preparation samples for shooting insertion of data / images necessary for online sales )
1.06 Cataloging sample fabrics/accessories respecting the instructions of the coordinator
1.07 Contributing to providing constant information with the offices closely linked to product development activities (technical office pattern makers purchases)
1.08 Based on the needs of the office he can collaborate with the rest of the team on activities related to collection coordination.
