We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Mobility Aftermarket department. Our business operations cover the markets of Greece Cyprus Albania and Malta. Your main goal is to help our business grow hit sales targets and be a trusted partner to our customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute our commercial strategy to achieve sales targets and built long-term partnerships.
- Serve as the primary contact person of your accounts ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
- Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities within your existing portfolio to expand our market position.
- Analyze market trends customer behavior to inform our strategic plans and enhance our offerings.
- Partner closely with internal cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery that exceeds customer expectations.
- Monitor account performance sales metrics and market developments providing clear reports to senior management.
Qualifications :
What distinguishes you:
- At least for 4 years of previous experience in B2B sales.
- Academic background in Business Administration or Engineering.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Fluency in both Greek & English.
- A strategic thinker with powerful sales drive strong financial acumen and exceptional negotiation skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- A collaborative team player with high integrity a customer-centric focus and a strong drive for results and professional growth.
- Ability to navigate change embrace digitalization and perform effectively under pressure.
- Availability for regular travel.
