Responsibilities
- Enter update and manage content across CMS platforms for client websites and digital platforms.
- Work primarily in WordPress environments and support Sitecore platforms when applicable.
- Apply and adjust HTML markup to ensure proper content formatting.
- Ensure content accuracy consistency and adherence to documented guidelines.
- Coordinate with project managers technical product owners and developers to execute production tasks.
- Follow documented workflows and production schedules to deliver high-volume output.
- Proactively flag content issues inconsistencies and CMS limitations to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms with WordPress required.
- Working knowledge of HTML for content formatting.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to manage repetitive high-volume tasks without loss of accuracy.
- Clear consistent and actionable written communication.
- Ability to explain what was completed what is blocked and what is needed.
- Comfortable working directly with project managers and product owners.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently without heavy supervision.
- Advanced English.
- Experience with Sitecore content management.
- Exposure to Optimizely administration or content workflows.
