The Purpose of the role:
Sales Director will be responsible to nurture relationship with current and develop partnerships with new clients. Supported by our sales team you will lead sales activities and turn the prospect in a satisfied and long-term client.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies set annual/quarterly goals and create action plans to expand the customer base
- Recruit train motivate and manage a high-performing sales team setting KPIs and monitoring performance
- Oversee daily sales activities manage budgets forecast revenue optimize CRM systems and ensure effective sales reporting
- Analyze market trends competitor activities and industry landscapes to identify opportunities and adapt strategies
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and networking
- Work closely with country president technology director area manager marketing manager and other departments to ensure alignment and support company-wide goals
- Work with the bid team when one of your targets issues a request for proposal
- Lead the development of the commercial strategy proposal presentation and negotiation strategy
- Always start with the needs and desired outcome of the client and develop the appropriate solution with our subject matter experts supported by convincing evidence for that specific account
Qualifications :
We are leading the change in our industry so the ideal candidate preferably will have the following requirements to enhance our value proposition:
- Minimum 5-10 years experience in a leadership role in a B2B corporate business environment
- Experience in business development a successful commercial track-record in high value sales highly complex in-nature within the service technology or similar industry
- Experience in dealing with senior executives
- Experience in value driven solutions based on customer-specific needs built through different combinations of services products or technology
What is essential for us:
- Strong leader and team player who naturally can work in a collaborative way to achieve results
- Strong communication negotiation skills and business acumen
- Comfortable dealing with senior leadership teams of clients and prospects motivated by creating and delivering value
- Education to Masters level preferably in Economics
- Proven ability to drive a commercial process from plan to close
- Self-confident and open to build new relationships empathic and good listener
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines
- Someone that represents our core values Integrity Vigilance and Helpfulness and works according to the highest ethical standards
- Driving license B category
- Perfect in English both written and verbally
- Excellent knowledge of MS tools
- Flexible to travel
