Job Summary
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and working with beautiful quality products We are looking for three enthusiastic Salespeople to join our team across Fashion Home & Living and Lingerie departments. If you have previous retail experience a love for style and a proactive attitude wed love to hear from you!
In our Fashion Department (part time 34.5 hours per week) youll step into the world of fashion and help customers look and feel their best. Youll provide one-on-one styling advice share your expert product knowledge and create outfits for any occasion. This is a busy dynamic area where youll enjoy interacting with customers supporting in-store events and working as part of a passionate team.
Our Home & Living Department (part time 27 hours per week) offers a beautiful range of furniture bedding and home décor. Youll help customers bring their vision to life by sharing styling advice and product knowledge. This role is perfect for someone who appreciates quality and enjoys creating stylish welcoming spaces.
Finally in our Lingerie Department (part time 20 hours per week) youll be part of a team that works with leading brands offering lingerie sleepwear and activewear. Your role will focus on helping customers find the perfect fit and style maintaining a beautifully presented department and staying up to date through regular product training.
What Youll Do
- Provide exceptional one-on-one customer service sharing your product knowledge and styling advice
- Maintain a well-presented and fully stocked department
- Use your initiative to stay on top of tasks in a busy environment
- Attend product training sessions to expand your knowledge
- Work collaboratively with the team and assist across the wider department when needed
Successful Candidate Attributes
- Previous retail experience
- A genuine love for fashion home styling or quality merchandise
- Confidence enthusiasm and a passion for delivering outstanding service
- Strong teamwork skills and flexibility
- A proactive attitude and commitment to high standards
