Job Summary
Ballantynes Department Store is looking for enthusiastic and customerfocused Casual Retail Salespeople to join our team. These roles are perfect for people who enjoy working in a fastpaced retail environment take pride in their presentation and love delivering great instore experiences for every customer.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional one-on-one customer service sharing your product knowledge and styling advice.
- Maintaining a well-presented and fully stocked department.
- Using your initiative to stay on top of tasks in a busy environment.
- Attending product training sessions to expand your knowledge.
- Work collaboratively with the team and assist across the wider department when needed.
Successful Candidate Attributes:
- Previous retail experience
- A genuine love for fashion home styling or quality merchandise
- Confidence enthusiasm and a passion for delivering outstanding service
- Strong teamwork skills and flexibility
- A proactive attitude and commitment to high standards
