Work Set-Up: Onsite onboarding for 24 weeks followed by a transition to a work-from-home setup.

Salary Package: 50000 PHP to 60000 PHP/Monthly

Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing & Design Associate to support our in-store promotions social media and email marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is proficient in design tools has an eye for visual storytelling and can translate marketing materials into engaging content for both print and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create in-store promotional materials based on monthly promotion lists and ensure they align with brand standards.
- Adapt in-store design themes to create consistent messaging for Instagram and email marketing campaigns.
- Utilize existing marketing materials enhancing them as needed to match brand guidelines and communicate clearly to customers.
- Coordinate with onsite teams for printing and distributing promotional materials.
- Work on smaller design projects collaborating with relevant teams to ensure timely completion.
- Assist with social media content creation and basic email marketing campaigns (Wix platform).
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors Degree in any related field.
- Proficient in Canva ( for digital design creation.
- Some experience using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Knowledge of printing processes to ensure digital designs translate well to physical formats.
- Familiarity with social media platforms particularly Instagram.
- Understanding of email marketing and experience using Wix for campaigns.
- Strong attention to detail creativity and ability to follow brand guidelines.
- Good communication skills for coordinating with onsite teams and other stakeholders.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
