Revolutionizing the storytelling experience is just part of an Audible UX Designers daily to-do list. Youll craft refined interface elements and improve usability for harmonious listening anytime anywhere on any platform including iOS Android web and Alexa. Like us youre customer obsessed and every decision you make will be shaped by your profound understanding and curiosity of the customer experience. As a Senior UX Designer you will...
- Take responsibility of the overall end-to-end user experience from the big picture to UI layout specifics
- Envision and bring to life intuitive scalable and engaging interactions and experiences
- Build relationships which provide leadership direction and mentorship for a team of UX Designers
- Drive the evolution of creative and holistic thinking across diverse product releases and platforms
- Actively collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams management and research on complex user flows and commerce-driven projects

- 7 years of user experience designer interaction designer information architect or similar design-related role experience
- Experience designing and delivering digital products that align customer needs and business goals; illustrated with a portfolio
- Portfolio that demonstrates delivering end-to-end experiences for digital services across multiple platforms and devices
- Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality output in all deliverables
- Able to take ambiguous design problems and work with stakeholders and user research insights to craft design solutions
- grounded in customer needs and business goals
- Able to clearly articulate the basis of design decisions to stakeholders and respond effectively to feedback
- Experience in a range of design approaches methods and tools that you use to plan concept and prototype complexprojects.
- Experience working across large teams with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience delivering designs intended for a consumer market.
- Experience designing for AI-enabled features.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $127100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $211600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
