JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS
The Smeal College of Business Management & Organization Department is seeking applicants for a part-time teaching assistant (TA) for MGMT 481 Global Strategic Management for the spring 2026 semester.
Job duties to include:
- Assist with grading assignments including entering scores and feedback into a rubric based on the assignment criteria
- Perform technical and administrative tasks as needed (e.g. uploading materials to the course Canvas platform compiling peer feedback into reports assembling materials for class activities)
- Provide input on class participation as available
- Additional teaching-related tasksas assigned
Requirements qualifications and/or competencies:
- Prior completion of MGMT 481
- Must be available to work weekends
- Willingness to learn Qualtrics
Schedule:
- January 2026 - May 9 2026
- 8 hours per week (/- 2 hours)
Compensation:
- $18/hour
