Job summary
Were building a modern GTM Systems organization focused on scalability and operational excellence. As a Senior Salesforce Administrator youll partner with the Director GTM Systems and Lead Salesforce Admin to deliver high-quality declarative solutions across Sales Service Revenue and Experience Cloud. This role is hands-on and execution-focused youll own complex configurations elevate admin standards and ensure our Salesforce platform is clean reliable and ready for scale.
What you will do
- Configure and maintain Sales Cloud Service Cloud Revenue Cloud (RCA) and Experience Cloud
- Build and optimize record-triggered Flows validation rules permission sets and page layouts
- Refactor legacy automation (Workflow/Process Builder) into performant Flows with subflows/reusable patterns
- Support quoting and contracting processes; troubleshoot issues in RCA approvals and document generation
- Partner with the Lead Salesforce Admin on governance UAT and release cadence
- Maintain documentation (metadata catalog decision records deployment notes)
- Collaborate on GTM tool integrations (Outreach Gong LeanData ZoomInfo) and data hygiene
What you will have
- 35 years of Salesforce administration experience in enterprise orgs
- Advanced declarative skills (Flows automation Data Model Sharing) and strong troubleshooting discipline
- Familiarity with CPQ/Revenue Cloud; experience with Service Cloud and/or Experience Cloud
- Strong communication attention to detail and comfort working in release-managed environments
