Job Summary
Description of the role:
Assist retail and wholesale customers procure parts by phone face to face and electronic platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Look up and order correct parts using electronic catalogs and dealer systems
- Provide accurate price quotes parts availability and product information
- Process parts sales returns and exchanges quickly and accurately
Qualifications:
- Prior automotive parts or retail counter sales experience strongly preferred (General Motors a major plus)
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with a parts catalog system
- Phone skills with strong communication skills
