IT Applications Manager

Emseal A Sika Company is a manufacturer of premium sealants and expansion joint systems for the commercial construction industry and many specialty market applications.

This position provides the opportunity to be the primary I/T applications developer and support contact for current and future business systems.  This role will support various business applications design and implement improvements to operating policies and expand I/T support coverage for the company.  This role will report to the Director of Information Technology.

Annual Salary Range: $100000-$125000 based on education experience and qualifications of the applicant. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Support of xTuple ERP system and any associated subsystems including implementation of future upgrades and migration from an on-premises to a cloud-based environment.
• Support of Configure One configuration/quoting system.
• Assistance with support of Salesforce CRM system primarily supported by a Sika corporate team.
• Manage internal sales and financial reporting processes.
• Solve problems create tools and train colleagues.
• This role does require work outside of normal business hours in order to meet goals and minimize business impact.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business or related field.
• Business and I/T experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Experience with an ERP system is required. Experience with xTuple ERP is preferred. Experience with Configure One or Salesforce is a plus.
• Database administration and support experience with relational databases and SQL tools is required. Postgres experience is a plus.
• Commitment to customer service and excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility to move between diverse types of tasks and the desire to do so.
