We are seeking a visionary AccountManagerrenowned for their outstanding work in the Beauty & Skincare sector to join our dynamic team. Our ideal candidate will excel in high-volume adaptation ensuring compliance consistency and competitiveness throughout the creative process. As the Account Manager you will assistour talented account team overseeing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring the highest quality frominitialconcept through to execution and delivery.
This role offers the chance to work with iconic beauty brands as we launch a groundbreaking Europe-wide eCommerce Content Factory. By integrating automation and AI we aim to revolutionise content creation and set new digital standards for online beauty experiences
What you will be doing:
- Experience working with beauty products is a MUST.
- Manage a high-volume portfolio of adaptation projects frominitialconcept through to execution and delivery ensuring adherence to strict SLAs and quality benchmarks
- Identifyingopportunities to increase sales and drive revenue for clients through upselling and cross-selling e-commerce products or services.
- Adeep understanding of the business;their needsexpectationsand requirementstoprovide the best service and solutionthrough close partnershipwith the client.
- Keeping up with e-commerce industry trends market developments and competitive landscape to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.
- Effective project management through the full lifecycleusingproject governance as directedby the client escalating issuesand proactivelyresolving problemsmanaging project resourceand spend and making critical decisions
- The ability to driveand motivatea team and project through to successful completion
- Run account meetings and take responsibility for service levels and KPIs
- Work closely with clients to create strong concepts frominitialbriefing
- Support client growth and projects.
- Proficient in Adobe WF Microsoft Office and other related software.
- A clear understanding of all IIG group products and how to utilise this knowledge to the accounts advantage.
What you need to be great in this role:
- Experience working with beauty and Dermatological products.
- 5 experience as a Account Manager or Senior Account Manager
- Proficiency in English and Spanish is required since we operate globally.
- Ensuring that the client experience is as positive as possible. Encouraging a positive proactive solution first attitude with clear communication in person supported by documentation in email.
- Looks to constructively challenge the client and will proactively work with project teams to present any added-value solutions.
- Keeps up to date with industry news agency casestudiesand innovations that the clients can learn from.
- Escalates any projects that are at risk of an unsuccessful delivery to the Project Manager and Account Director.
- Workflow management:Uses project management and workflow tools.
- Responsible for thetimelydelivery of projects escalating any potential issues to the Account Director Project Manager (PM) or Creative Director (CD) where this might not be the case.
- Team development and inspiration:Activelyparticipatein the sharing of knowledge and the facilitation of learning within the Studio.
- Encouragea great teamenvironment whilst keeping client centricity at the core of the team culture and values.
- Influence and inspire your internal team to deliver projects to a high standard including QC.
