Job Summary
Job Purpose
To Handle the value channel of the brand by liquidating the stock as much as possible without affecting profitability across the area and region.
Job Context & Major Challenges
It is a challenge to profitably liquidate the stock of the brand after the retail and sales of the stock.

| KRA1 | Maximum liquidation of stock | the store people and Brand factory outlets the targets are met |
| KRA2 | Identification of new stores | localities with good prospects sure there are no retail stores nearby the location with RBD |
| KRA3 | Maintaining brand standards | Make sure the new projects/stores are Brand compliant with Standard SOPs |
| KRA4 | Relationship with franchisee store | sure the payment sent to franchisees are received on time with the franchisees to make sure the stock at the store doesnt go on hold |
| KRA5 | Conducting training sessions | Ensure achievement of personal goal for all front-line sales employee at Brand Factory Mainly dealing with Product knowledge customer relationship etc. |
