Overview
A well-established super store is seeking an experienced procurement professional to manage day-to-day sourcing supplier coordination and purchasing activities across multiple product categories. This role is suited to a hands-on procurement specialist ready to take ownership of procurement operations and grow into a broader leadership position.

Key Responsibilities

Execute sourcing and purchasing activities across multiple product categories
Identify negotiate with and manage local and overseas suppliers
Monitor pricing trends availability and supply risks
Coordinate with logistics finance and store operations teams
Manage stock levels to reduce shortages and overstock
Track supplier performance and resolve supply issues
Prepare procurement reports cost comparisons and forecasts

Requirements

47 years procurement experience in retail FMCG wholesale trading hospitality or supermarket environments
Strong knowledge of local sourcing imports and supplier networks in Cambodia
Proven negotiation and supplier management experience
Detail-oriented with strong commercial awareness
Comfortable working in fast-paced retail environments
Fluent in Khmer; English or Chinese is an advantage
