Job Summary

Design develop and implement scalable Generative AI solutions using modern technology stacks
Build API-based AI solutions and debug complex software and design issues
Integrate Large Language Models such as OpenAI GPT PaLM 2 Claude Cohere or Dolly using API endpoints
Apply prompt engineering techniques to optimize model performance and outputs
Implement LLM orchestration and agent-based solutions using frameworks such as LangChain
Design and utilize vector databases including Pinecone Chroma or FAISS
Rapidly prototype experiment with and evaluate new LLM models and features
Build and maintain data pipelines supporting AI and analytics solutions
Load and transform structured and unstructured data from multiple source systems
Collaborate closely with GenAI leads product owners and engineering teams to deliver backlog requirements
Troubleshoot optimize and enhance AI-driven systems in production environments

Skills and Experience

Minimum 5 years of implementation experience in data analytics or senior software development roles
Strong background in AI and machine learning with a focus on Generative AI
Proficiency in Python PySpark or Java for AI and data-driven development
Experience designing and delivering scalable API-driven architectures
Hands-on experience integrating enterprise-grade Large Language Models
Strong understanding of prompt engineering and LLM behavior
Experience working with LLM agents and vector databases
Solid data engineering fundamentals including ETL and pipeline development
Strong analytical problem-solving and experimentation skills

Desirable Skills

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP
Experience using cloud services for storage serverless computing search transcription and chat
Extensive experience with data engineering and ETL tools
Experience working in agile and product-led environments

Education

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Statistics Mathematics or a related field
