Job Summary
Job Description
- Collaborate with senior leadership external partners and cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead efforts to analyze optimize and reengineer business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work with the Project Manager to ensure seamless project execution providing timely updates and ensuring deliverables meet business expectations.
- Analyze complex datasets and develop performance metrics and dashboards to track project success.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including business requirements system specifications and progress reports keeping stakeholders informed.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs and expectations.
Support high-visibility business initiatives by conducting feasibility studies analyzing potential impacts and providing strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business administration IT or a related field.
- 2-4 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst.
- Knowledge of business analysis frameworks and methodologies.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL Power BI Tableau).
- CBAP certification or similar is an advantage.
- Experience in large cross-functional project teams.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
