The expected salary for this position: 6100 - 7100 PLN

We are looking for you if you:
have at least 1 year of experience in a Shared Services environment
possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English
demonstrate good communication skills a willingness to learn and a collaborative mindset
have a structured approach and attention to detail
hold a Bachelors or Masters degree (or equivalent)
have working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
possess problem-solving skills
are open to a temporary contract until the end of May 2026
Youll get extra points for:
experience in handling customer requests within SLAs and maintaining high quality
experience working with Workday and ServiceNow.
Your responsibilities will include:
processing tickets in ServiceNow and transactions in Workday related to Compliance and HR processes
preparing data and simple reports
handling administrative tasks such as updating documents and preparing summaries.
