Job Summary

About the Role

Actively participate in the month-end closing process ensuring accuracy of accounting postings and compliance with local regulations and policies.
Handle business trip and expense settlements in line with internal policies.
Manage daily bank payments and oversee whitelist verification processes.
Ensure proper circulation and completeness of accounting documents verifying correctness in accordance with local GAAP.
Prepare and monitor payment backlog reports.
Maintain and supervise master data management in the accounting system.
Cooperate closely with external accounting providers to ensure compliance accuracy and adherence to statutory requirements.
Perform VAT EU reporting ensuring full compliance with local and EU regulations and coordinate WHT documentation collection.
Support the Senior Manager Finance and Tax in accounting and reporting responsibilities for entities in Poland Estonia and Finland.

About You
