Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced FMCS / Siemens PCS7 Operations & Maintenance Engineer to support a large industrial facility environment. This is a hands-on role focused on daily system monitoring preventive maintenance breakdown support reporting and project support within a live BAS / FMCS environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform daily operation checks on BAS / FMCS / PCS7 systems
Monitor alarms trends and system performance (WinCC / PCS7)
Troubleshoot breakdowns and support incident resolution (target response within 2 hours)
Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) and weekly system backups
Maintain PLC/IO monitoring points termination lists alarm & trend log files
Support data extraction and reporting (energy / consumption / system logs)
Assist with project support activities (point mapping alarm configuration graphics updates testing & commissioning)
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors / OEM partners when required

Requirements

5 years of experience in Automation / Control Systems / PCS7 / FMCS support
Strong hands-on experience with Siemens PCS7 and WinCC
Experience supporting live industrial systems (O&M / troubleshooting)
Good understanding of PLCs instrumentation field devices and industrial networks
Able to work on-site weekdays and support weekend on-call structure (as required)

Nice to Have

Experience in semiconductor manufacturing large facility environments
Basic knowledge of SQL / database interaction
Exposure to integration work (protocols interfacing third-party systems)

Working Model

On-site support (MondayFriday)
Weekend / public holiday support may be required
