Role Overview
This role sits at the heart of our daily operations. You will act as a key bridge between our customers and product team supporting post-loan services improving user experience and ensuring operational excellence.
This is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and thrives in a startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Communication
Product Testing & Optimization

Participate in QA testing for new app features

Identify document and report bugs or UX issues
-
Provide feedback to improve the overall product experience
Operations & Administrative Support

Assist with data entry document management and reporting
-
Prepare summaries and basic operational reports
-
Support management with ad-hoc tasks as needed
What Were Looking For
Language Skills (Mandatory)
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in any field (Business Communications IT-related fields preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
-
Detail-oriented and comfortable working with technology
Mindset & Working Style

Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership
-
Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
-
Flexible and adaptable in a startup environment

Positive attitude with a genuine can-do spirit
-
Willing to take initiative beyond assigned tasks
Experience in Customer Service FinTech lending or operations is a plus however strong language skills and the right attitude are equally important. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
