Educational program
Support to develop and implement educational program and workshop materialsto train internal sales and ECPs(MD and KA customers) and satisfy their knowledge needs
Provide advice and opinions for the inquiries from other departments based on scientific insights
Provide technical supports and insights to MKTG and sales team when they create materials such as sales-aids sales promotional materials product guides and Q&A.
Lead and create the scientific and ECP professional contents of any PA driven materials
Lead and implement the ECPs marketing survey activities
External:
Educational Programs
Develop and implement the ECP educational programs to provide Contact Lens education for the public orthoptist schools (ORT)
Develop and implement workshops related to CVJ products and CL education requested by customers (MD and KA)
Organize and implement seminarsfor ECPsat the major CL and Ophthalmologic academyconferences
Plan and manage face to face CVJ hosted seminars and webinars working with brand and sales team
Support Sr. Manager and Director in developing the professional contents and managingspeakers for the Ophthalmologist (MD) segment penetration seminar project
Develop the periodical informative materials for ECPs such as CooperVision Press
KOL Relationship Management:
Proactively support in maintaining and strengthening KOL relationship to promote CVJ products and disseminatekeymessages to influence ECP behavior
Support the Advisory Board Meeting and attendwith RA (R&D) and Marketing (Brand team internally and externally if needed)
Professional Clinical Affairs:
ConductIMA (in-market assessment) togenerate supporting data for CVJ products and create product claim from IMA results
Plan and conduct vitro study to create supporting data for CVJ products and create sales training materials
Qualifications
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Certified Orthoptist (CO) or Ophthalmology related scientific degree preferred
Goodspeaking and reading skill in English
Effective presentation skill for both small and large groups
GoodSoftware skills (Word Excel Power point etc)
Collaborative skillto work with peoplefor smooth project implementation
Work Environment:
Travel required domestic trips and the frequency is high.
Experience:
Minimum3 years of experience on CL fitting including Hard CL
Minimum3 years of experience in Professional Affairs in the same industry
Education:
Doctor of Optometry Degree or CO (certified orthoptist) is preferred.
Science degree is preferred.
