Our client is a well-established MWBE-certified low-voltage contractor and integrator specializing in life safety systems and security including fire alarms and other low-voltage systems. We are seeking a Fire Alarm Solutions Consultant to join their team in Auburn Washington. This role is crucial in driving service and project sales managing existing accounts and being the first point of contact for customers in our Washington State market. The role can be considered hybrid or remote for candidates in the greater Seattle area. The sales territory covers all of Washington state primarily along the I-5 corridor.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by building and maintaining relationships with clients contractors and industry stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to showcase products and services to prospective clients.
- Develop and present sales proposals negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure projects are successfully completed and estimated.
- Communicate project scopes schedules materials and manpower requirements to all stakeholders.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales specifically with full-cycle sales experience. While not responsible for design or project management a background in fire alarms and in particular with EST systems is preferred.
- Experience with EST systems (EST3 EST4 IO100 etc) as well as Potter Silent Knight or equivalent.
- Knowledge of NFPA codes and standards.
