Job Title: Sales Account Manager Tier 1 Automotive
Location: Remote must be based in Michigan
Compensation: Base salary $120000 plus $30000 to $40000 commission
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to develop and grow business with Tier 1 automotive customers. This role is focused on selling injection molded components and managing strategic customer relationships within the automotive supply chain.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow sales accounts with Tier 1 automotive customers

Identify new business opportunities within existing and target accounts

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer relationships

Collaborate with internal engineering manufacturing and operations teams

Lead pricing discussions contract negotiations and long term account strategies

Travel to customer sites as required
Required Experience and Qualifications

Proven experience selling injection molded products

Direct sales experience with Tier 1 automotive customers is required

Strong understanding of the automotive supply chain and OEM expectations

Ability to manage complex sales cycles and long term customer relationships

Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills

Self motivated and effective working remotely
