Registered Nurse (RN) Intensive Treatment Psychiatric Unit
Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intensive Treatment Psychiatric Unit this role you will provide safe therapeutic and patient-centered nursing care to individuals experiencing acute psychiatric needs. Youll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to support stabilization recovery and continuity of care.
Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care including assessment planning implementation and evaluation of patient care

Support a safe structured and therapeutic environment for patients
-
Administer medications and monitor patient response documenting accurately and timely

Participate in crisis intervention de-escalation and safety protocols as needed
-
Collaborate with physicians behavioral health clinicians and support staff to coordinate care
-
Educate patients and families on treatment plans resources and discharge needs
-
Maintain compliance with all clinical policies documentation standards and regulatory requirements
Education Knowledge Skills & Abilities Required
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

Experience in behavioral health psychiatric nursing emergency or inpatient settings

Strong communication critical thinking and de-escalation skills
-
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team-based environment
This position has two job openings one part time and one full time.
Part time: Evenings 2:45pm - 11:15pm
