Client Services Administrator
Location: Wolverhampton area (in-person role)
Contract: Full-time Permanent

We are seeking a Client Services Administrator to join a well-established financial services firm with over 20 years of experience delivering exceptional advice and outstanding client service. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a vibrant fast-paced environment alongside an experienced team.
About the Role:
You will play a key role in supporting financial advisers and paraplanners ensuring client meetings are prepared and all administrative tasks are completed to a high standard. This position requires strong organisational skills attention to detail and a proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and confirm client appointments prepare meeting packs and documentation
- Maintain accurate client records in line with compliance standards
- Handle client queries professionally via phone and email
- Liaise with external providers and internal teams to process requests
- Support post-meeting actions such as fund switches and withdrawals
- Manage workload effectively and provide cover for team members when needed
Skills & Experience:
Essential:
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Strong customer service skills
Desirable:
- Experience in wealth management or financial services
- Knowledge of pensions investments and protection products
- Familiarity with FCA regulations and compliance
