Job Position: Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Salary Package: Base S$ Accommodation Allowance S$500 (depending on experience)
Working Location: Jurong East Singapore
Working Days: Monday to Friday (8 days monthly leave)
Working Hour: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
Overtime: Not applicable

Job Summary:
Manage quantity surveying tasks for construction projects including technical drafting cost estimation material control and bidding processes for government building projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare technical drawings and cost estimates

Manage bidding procedures and material control

Oversee construction-related QS activities
-
Ensure compliance with Singaporean contract law and project standards

Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders
Requirements:
-
Minimum 10 years experience in construction preferably as a QS Manager

Knowledge of Singaporean contract law preferred
-
Experienced in cost estimation material control and project documentation
-
We are seeking candidates proficient in English to effectively communicate with English-speaking clients.
