We are recruiting Customer Support Agents to assist customers within the UK financial services this role you will be responsible for resolving customer queries providing guidance on financial products and ensuring a smooth service experience.

You will be expected to follow compliance standards and data protection rules while delivering customer-focused support. Strong communication skills and professional judgment are key to success in this position.

Candidates must have at least C1 English and at least one year of relevant experience in Banking Financial Services or Insurance ideally linked to the Irish market.

This is a full-time on-site position offering structured shifts and a supportive team environment.
