Job Summary

This is a high-impact high-ownership high-intensity role working directly with our Founder & CEO on some of the most important strategic priorities at Goodera. You will act as thought partner and execution engine across a few core areas:

  • Category & Offering strategy - shaping our core offering and identifying adjacencies for expansion
  • Marketing & GTM for growth - events summits content design and growth initiatives
  • Product & Tech - product-led problem solving for customers and internal teams with strong exposure to AI initiatives

This role is ideal for a smart generalist who enjoys ambiguity moves fast hustles builds sharp decks & narratives and takes full ownership from idea to outcome. You should be equally comfortable thinking big picture and executing in the trenches. You will be deeply embedded in leadership discussions and execution and will see firsthand how a global company is built and scaled.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Category & Offering Development

  • Work closely with the Founder and Category team to identify new adjacencies and expansion opportunities for our catalog (volunteering & beyond)
  • Lead market scans customer research competitive analysis and synthesis into clear recommendations
  • Work with all internal teams to bring new offerings to life and successfully conduct customer pilots
  • Build founder-level narratives and decks for internal alignment and customer conversations.

2. Marketing & GTM Initiatives

  • Own and drive high-impact marketing initiatives in collaboration with the GTM team - including flagship events industry summits campaigns and content programs
  • Establish maintain and leverage external partnerships with adjacent platforms & communities to drive growth initiatives for Goodera
  • Collaborate with the GTM sub-teams (marketing design social media SEO etc.) to create strong storytelling and campaign execution
  • Build high-quality workshop presentations pitch decks and content for customers and partners. Track impact and iterate on what actually moves growth.

3. Product & Tech Problem Solving

  • Work with Product & Engineering teams on building & augmenting customer-facing and internal enablement initiatives
  • Lead structured problem solving for new product ideas AI use cases and operational automation
  • Act as a bridge between business goals and product / tech execution

4. Founders Office Execution

  • Own and deliver 0->1 projects (new initiatives special projects)
  • Support the management team with Investor relations and IPO preparedness
  • Drive cross-functional projects from idea execution outcomes
  • Keep critical initiatives on track through structured follow-ups and ownership
  • Serve as a trusted sparring partner to the Founder

Working Model & Location:

  • Based in Bangalore
  • Must be comfortable working with the Founder on US time zones (early mornings IST and/or late evenings IST as needed)
  • Travel to the US (once a quarter) for meetings customer engagements and events

Required Skills & Experience:

Background (either):

  • Top performer in Management Consulting (MBB / Kearney / Strategy&) fast paced startup or
  • Founder / Co-founder experience

  • 58 years experience
