Responsibilities
- In this role you will serve as a trusted advisor to onboard a portfolio of new clients and develop high-performing PPC campaigns for their digital marketing advertisement.
- Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell services.
- Detect and understand customers objectives and offer adapted solutions for their needs.
- Set up strategic results-driven campaigns designed for immediate impact and long-term performance sustainability.
- Be responsible for increasing spend and campaigns upselling.
- Create maintain and update a customer database with complete information.
- Handle a high volume of potential clients daily through phone calls.

- BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred) OR equivalent work experience
- Language skills: C2 level of Dutch and English.
- 2 years experience in sales and/or marketing: previous client-facing experience particularly in high-stakes environments.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and consistently deliver impactful results.
- Strong experience managing customer relationships and improving CRM systems for business outcomes.
- Regularly integrates AI tools into workflows and interprets insights to personalize outreach.
- Excellent communication skills able to clearly and persuasively explain complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Thrives in a goal-oriented environment and contributes actively to team success.
- Strong written and verbal presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a confident and determined mindset.
- Works independently while actively collaborating with team members
- Solid business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends and support strategic decisions.
- Skilled in conducting competitor analysis and identifying market trends to inform strategic positioning.
