Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of hotels office centers and residential assets
- Develop and oversee budgets with a focus on cost efficiency
- Track performance indicators and report to senior leadership
- Administer lease agreements and build long-term tenant relationships
- Ensure rent is collected on time and address delays or disputes
- Review financial performance and support strategic planning
- Drive leasing and marketing initiatives to reduce vacancies
- Improve operational processes and optimize expenses
- Negotiate with booking platforms vendors and service providers
- Ensure properties meet maintenance and technical standards
- Draft review and manage contracts with tenants and partners
- Act as the companys representative with local authorities
- Resolve operational challenges and tenant concerns
Requirements
- Willingness to relocate to Astana (Kazakhstan)
- University degree ideally in Real Estate Hospitality or a similar field
- Fluent in English and Russian
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in property or hotel management
- Strong background in lease negotiations tenant management and operations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
