Summary
The Commercial InstallationLead provides customer equipment installation of HVACR and or commercial kitchen equipment (e.g. fryers grills ovens freezers).

The Commercial InstallationLead provides customer equipment installation of HVACR and or commercial kitchen equipment (e.g. fryers grills ovens freezers).
Details:
- Mentor lead and motivate team members in a safe productive and efficient manner.
- Install commercial kitchen equipment according to manufacturer specifications.
- Design fabricate and installs various ducts and duct fittings as required.
- Communicate professionally with customer(s) and team regarding repairs and status updates.
- Communicate part order(s) with branch.
- Document task (parts/work orders timesheets) accurately and on a timely basis.
- Maintain service vehicle tools and uniforms consistent with policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience:
- Three years of installation experience with combined commercial kitchen equipment and or HVACR equipment i.e. RTUS chillers
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen is required
- Valid Drivers License and Driving Record that aligns with our safety standards.
Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to lead and or work within a team.
- Ability to work nights and weekends.
- Ability to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical electrical and
- Plumbing background is a plus.
- Contractor journeyman and or HVAC certification would-be a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
Working / Environmental Conditions:
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds with assistance and lift equipment.
- Extensive daily travel to work site location.
- Occasional to frequent exertion in high and low temperature environments (over heated kitchens rooftops outdoors etc.).
- Repeated bending twisting stooping kneeling and climbing up and down ladders.
- Exposure to electrical steam and high heat units that require extreme caution and safety equipment.
