Job Summary
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4years of Relevant information technology experience.

- The location for this position is Richardson TX Charlotte NC or PhoenixAZ .This position may require travel and/or relocation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Python for data processing automation and integration with AI/ML frameworks
- Experience with LLaMA 3.x:
- Fine-tuning and prompt engineering for large language models.
- Knowledge of model deployment and optimization techniques.
- Experience with GPT-4.x:
- Building applications leveraging GPT APIs or open-source implementations.
- Understanding of advanced prompting strategies and context management.
- Familiarity with transformer architectures tokenization and attention mechanisms.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts including:
- Model training and evaluation.
- Performance tuning and scalability.
- Experience with frameworks and tools such as Hugging Face or similar.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure AWS GCP) for hosting and scaling AI solutions.
- Ability to design and implement secure and efficient pipelines for model inference.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with large datasets.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. You should be able to communicate by telephone email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
