Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the GRMC Controllership & Compliance team. This role interfaces with stakeholders across GRMC Finance Accounting and Tax teams.
Key job responsibilities
Manage month end financials tax filings and management reporting
Provide guidance and variance analysis to peer finance teams
Drive automation of manual processes
Build planning and forecasting for GRMCs annual insurance policy renewal cycles
Develop reporting and dashboards for leadership decision making
Maintain and communicate allocation methodologies
- 3 years of tax finance or a related analytical field experience
- Bachelors degree in accounting information systems finance or equivalent or Bachelors degree and 5 years of finance or a related analytical field experience
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL MS Access Essbase Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle SAP Lawson JD Edwards)
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Quick Sight Tableau Power BI or other BI packages
- Experience in financial modeling P&L management or analysis

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
