Role Overview
The Product Manager - Technical will be a key member of the Ops Excellence team driving end-to-end strategy for system integration and continuous improvement across Kuipers global logistics operations. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance technical complexity with operational excellence while working across multiple stakeholder groups.
Key job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & System Integration
Own end-to-end strategy for system integration and continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Supply Chain Global Trade and Finance teams to achieve operational goals
Develop and implement scalable solutions that support Leo Logistics team objectives
Stakeholder & Partner Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with Logistics Service Providers and Suppliers
Drive alignment across internal and external stakeholders on operational priorities
Metrics & Analytics
Develop and maintain comprehensive program KPIs and metrics reporting systems
Develop long-term shipment forecast models that inform Kuiper Transportation business leaders
Create data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making
Process Improvement
Develop risk assessments and standard operating procedures
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across logistics operations
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance efficiency
Financial Planning & Cost Optimization
Lead cost optimization efforts across the logistics network
Identify opportunities for cost savings while maintaining service quality
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Supply Chain Business or related technical field
- 5 years of product or program management experience
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Experience in using analytical tools such as Tableau Qlikview QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
