The Network Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the stability resillancy security and optimal performance of enterprise network infrastructure. This role involves managing implementing and troubleshooting network solutions with a strong focus on security and compliance. This role requires expertise in network solution micro-segmentation with hands-on experience in Palo Alto Prisma and Cisco Software-Defined Access (SDA) solutions.
2.1 Support Business Activities
Proven experience in managing global network services including Palo Alto Prisma Networking solution using software defined access (SDA) firewalls SDWAN LAN WLAN DDI services (DHCP and DNS) VPN Cisco ISE
Strong expertise in Palo alto Prisma and cisco SDA technologies.
Ability to design and deploy technical solutions that meet business requirements and align with IT infrastructure architecture and security standards.
Ensure solutions are deployable and supportable by IT service providers within agreed frameworks.
Collaborate with service provider technical teams to troubleshoot deployed solutions and resolve issues.
Coordinate with L1/L2 NOC engineers and cross-technology teams to address incidents and ensure timely resolution.
Track and manage intermediate issues through closure working with multiple stakeholders.
Expertise in designing reference architectures to ensure comprehensive coverage of all IT assets.
Skilled in handling critical technical issues and implementing root-cause solutions to prevent recurrence.
Exposure to automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to engage at all organizational levels.

2.2 Hardware and Software Networks
Maintain hardware and software standards for network platforms across the organization; perform troubleshooting and assist with installation and upgrades of network services.
Manage and maintain the asset lifecycle including hardware licenses and AMC for all network services.
Maintain and Manage SD-WAN and secure connectivity services switches access points wireless controllers Infoblox ISE and WAN devices.
Analyze and troubleshoot LAN cabling and WAN connectivity issues.
Plan and manage IP address allocation as per defined architecture schema ensure right governance in place to maintain the records regularly.
Monitor compliance with Information Assurance and network security policies.
Perform hardware and software upgrades on network devices to ensure a secure non-vulnerable network landscape.
Prepare and maintain network solution documentation architecture diagrams and presentations.
Leverage AI-driven tools and analytics to enhance network monitoring predictive maintenance.
2.3 Monitor Planning and Licenses
Ensure continuous monitoring of network components using SolarWinds DNAC Meraki to enable proactive measures and controls.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for disaster recovery planning perform network immutable backups and monitor restoration processes.
Manage and document network systems operational procedures and maintain accurate hardware inventory.
Administer software licensing and procurement to support effective network installations.
Participate in on-call support for network operations and handle P1/P2 priority incidents to ensure uninterrupted services.
Deliver effective customer service and support to end users.
Leverage AI-driven analytics and automation tools to enhance network monitoring predict failures and strengthen security posture.

Education and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in B.E or equivalent
35 years of hands-on experience managing Palo Alto Prisma cisco networking via SDA and Firewalls.
Certifications such as CCNA CCNP CCSE and ITIL skills are preferred.
Solid knowledge of network principles (routing switching security) and practices.
In depth understanding about network operations design and deployment: LAN SDWAN Palo Alto Prisma secure connectivity IPSEC Infoblox Firewall.
