M&MS Las Vegas is currently seeking Seasonal Part Time Associates for the2026 Spring Season!

This position pays $17.50 per hour.

Job Overview:

OperationsAssociates primary focus is to process shipments prepare and setup chocolate room complete cycle counts and merchandise items for thesalesfloor while ensuring our guests have a memorable experience. Back Stage Associates are also required to provide exceptionalguest servicewhile filling in forGuest ExperienceAssociates on the retail floor they will be required to provide exceptionalguest service

• Must be excited to SMILE and work in a fun fast-paced environment to make every interaction a positively unforgettable experience for our guests while driving dailysalesandmetrics.

• Must haveauthorizationto work in the U.S.

• No Education or previousretail experienceRequired

• Stronginterpersonalskills with proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers

• Resourceful self-starter works well independently as well as part of a team and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities

• Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures includingsafetyfood handling QualityLoss Preventionand Emergency procedures

• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours including days eveningsweekendsand/orholidays

• Ages 18 and older eligible for this role
