Leidos is seeking an Industrial Security Representative (ISR) to support all aspects of security operations at a designated military base ensuring strict adherence to security Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) federal regulations and agency-specific policies. The ISR acts as a liaison between the organization and government security personnel and serves as senior security representative providing guidance to the security team supporting the contract.
Responsible for safeguarding industrial and government installations resources utilities materials tools and information essential to the organizations operations. Protects and manages classified information and equipment developed by or entrusted to the organization requiring in-depth understanding of security policies procedures and oversight requirements for the proper classification access handling storage and destruction of classified or sensitive material. Responsible for developing implementing and analyzing programs ensuring adherence to federal laws regulations and directives for classification management. Responsible for management of initial clearance/access submittals clearance prescreening verification and maintenance including upgrades or downgrades crossovers of existing clearances continuous vetting and periodic reinvestigations at all clearance levels. Responsible for facility access management special and restricted access programs briefing and debriefing individuals on requirements and responsibilities of privileged access to sensitive programs.
Primary Responsibilities
The position requires a self-motivated candidate that can work in an independent and team environment with minimal direction customer service orientated.
Participate with site security team ensuring enforcement of established security SOPs and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Serve as point of contact with Government site security officials to ensure coordination and compliance with contract security obligations.
Work closely with Government customer in processing SCI clearance request National Military Command Center (NMCC) initial badging and annual renewals.
Manage and protect classified and sensitive information systems and equipment developed by or entrusted to the organization.
Maintain a strong working knowledge of Air Force security policies classification management and government oversight requirements for the proper classification access handling storage and destruction of sensitive materials.
Develop implement and analyze security programs to ensure compliance with federal laws regulations and directives.
Oversee and ensure coordination with government security for badging and site access control.
Direct and manage all aspects of security clearance processing including: Perform onboarding and offboarding activities of contractor personnel prescreening and verification clearance upgrades/downgrades crossovers of existing clearances continuous vetting and periodic reinvestigations
Ensure proper training readiness and performance of all site security personnel.
Manage CAC submittals renewals and reverifications.
Support audits inspections and investigations as required by federal agencies or contract requirements.
Assist in the development review coordination and execution of a wide range of Program Security documentation to include:

oAccess Control Management
oManage Entry Access List (EAL) for assigned classified processing areas (CPA)
oSelf-Inspection Program
Actively support/manage quarterly Program Security Reviews of CPAs at performer locations.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree and 8 years of prior relevant experience. Prior years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
FSO and/or CPSO experience. FSO Certification for Possessing Facilities
Working knowledge of DISS and NISS
Proven experience in industrial physical and information security operations.
Knowledge of federal regulations such as the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) and NISPOM Air Force and DoD Instructions and Manuals and ICDs
Demonstrated ability to manage classified information including classification access.
TS Clearance is required
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience supporting the Department of Defense and/or USAF preferably on a security team for a large contract or as a subcontractor
Accreditation/certification in personnel industrial and/or physical security (ISP PSC etc.)
Experience working at US government locations
Experience developing and implementing OPSEC plans.
Knowledge of Access Control and Intrusion Detection Systems
Experience conducting Security incident inquiries.
