Lead Corporate and Health Policy Communications (m/w/d)

Als Lead Corporate & Health Policy Communications übernimmst Du die strategische Planung und Umsetzung einer integrierten HIV-Medien- und Kommunikationsstrategie für politische Entscheidungsträger Vertreter der Selbstverwaltung Laien sonstige Medien und weitere gesellschaftliche Multiplikatoren. Du bist dafür verantwortlich eine wirkungsvolle Non-Promotion-Medienplanung über mehrere Kanäle hinweg voranzutreiben die mit ViiVs Geschäftszielen und KPIs übereinstimmt. Du arbeitest dabei eng mit den Bereichen Market Access und Gesundheitspolitik aber auch Patient Relations und Medizin zusammen. Darüber hinaus übernimmst du auch Themen der internen Kommunikation und bist für die Umsetzung von Corporate Events verantwortlich.

Hauptaufgaben

• Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer integrierten Medien- und Kommunikationsstrategie für Corporate-Themen Pipeline-Inhalte und gesundheitspolitische Schwerpunktthemen
• Aufbereitung und Vermittlung komplexer wissenschaftlicher und gesundheitspolitischer Inhalte für nicht-medizinische Zielgruppen
• Erstellung und Steuerung zielgruppengerechten Contents (Pressemitteilungen Hintergrundpapiere Social Media Stakeholder-Briefings)
• Aufbau und Pflege von Medienkontakten sowie proaktive Platzierung von Themen inkl. Krisenkommunikation und Reputationsmanagement
• Steuerung externer Kommunikationsagenturen und Sicherstellung konsistenter Botschaften
• Monitoring und Analyse der Kommunikationswirkung sowie Ableitung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen
• Unterstützung bei der internen Verankerung strategischer Themen und Förderung des Verständnisses für unternemensinterne Themen.
• Planung und Durchführung von Corporate-Aktivitäten und Events (z.B. Welt-Aidstag PRIDE Season)

Qualifikationen & Fähigkeiten

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Kommunikation Public Relations Politikwissenschaften Gesundheitsökonomie oder vergleichbar
• Langjährige Berufserfahrung in Unternehmenskommunikation idealerweise in der Pharmaindustrie oder einem regulierten Umfeld
• Ausgeprägte strategische Denkweise hohe Textsicherheit und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Medien und Agenturen
• Verständnis für gesundheitspolitische Entwicklungen und relevante Kommunikationskanäle
• Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Kommunikation komplexer wissenschaftlicher Inhalte für nicht-medizinische Zielgruppen
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie exzellente Kommunikations- und Storytelling-Fähigkeiten
• Hohe digitale Kompetenz inkl. Affinität zu KI-gestützten Lösungen

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen & Fähigkeiten

• Erfahrung in Krisenkommunikation und Reputationsmanagement
