About The Role:
The Warranty Coordinator plays a critical role in the homeowner experience by managing all postconstruction warranty activities. This role is responsible for administering warranty claims coordinating repairs partnering with internal teams and trade partners and serving as a trusted point of contact for homeowners after movein.
This position requires construction knowledge exceptional organizational and communication skills and a customerfirst mindset. Warranty Coordinators are expected to manage multiple claims simultaneously while ensuring timely highquality resolutions that align with Homebounds warranty standards and service expectations.
This role must be located in Dallas TX or Houston TX.
What Youll Do:
Process track and manage homeowner warranty claims using Homebounds proprietary technology platform
Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners regarding warranty questions coverage and claim status
Coordinate warranty repairs with trade partners subcontractors and internal construction teams
Educate homeowners on warranty coverage limitations and maintenance responsibilities
Review warranty issues for trends root causes and opportunities for process or quality improvement
What You Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent required
2-4 years prior experience in residential construction warranty administration customer service or a related field preferred
Experience working with subcontractors and service scheduling strongly preferred
Constructionrelated training or certifications are a plus
General understanding of residential construction methods systems and materials
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in challenging situations
Ability to diagnose constructionrelated issues and coordinate appropriate remediation
Highly organized with strong timemanagement skills and the ability to manage multiple active claims
Detailoriented with strong followthrough and accountability
Comfortable using technology platforms and learning new systems
