Position Overview
We are seeking a professional Armed Security Officer for a first-shift assignment at a secure jewelry manufacturing facility in Rhode Island. This role focuses on access control employee and visitor screening asset protection and maintaining a controlled production environment within a high-value manufacturing operation. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong professionalism attention to detail situational awareness and the ability to operate calmly and consistently in a regulated industrial setting.
Primary Responsibilities
-Armed access control at designated entry points
-Verifying employee credentials visitors vendors and deliveries
-Monitoring controlled areas production zones and secured storage locations
-Maintaining a visible and professional security presence throughout the facility
-Enforcing site security procedures safety protocols and access policies
-Monitoring foot traffic and vehicle activity
-Responding to alarms incidents and irregular activity
-Completing accurate activity logs and incident reports
-Coordinating with site leadership and law enforcement when required
Compensation
