Certified Nurse Assistant (HOSPICE) DAYS

Description of the role:
University Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Hospice CNA to join our team in Livonia MI. This role will involve providing high-quality care to hospice patients in their homes ensuring their comfort and well-being during their end-of-life journey.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living
- Monitor patient health status and report any changes to the medical team
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities
Requirements:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
- Previous experience in hospice care is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and empathetic towards patients and their families
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
