About the Position:
The Internal Wholesaler will drive business development within a multi-carrier distribution channel supporting the regions Regional Vice President (RVP). This dynamic role involves building and strengthening relationships with Edward Jones Financial Advisors and their branch office teams by proactively identifying sales opportunities executing marketing activities providing product information and maintaining records of all interactions and sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and recruit Edward Jones teams to establish new partnerships building strong relationships through virtual meetings in assigned regions.
Provide product and insurance sales concept training to enhance the sales capabilities of partner branch teams.
Prepare and deliver product illustrations and presentations.
Highlight product features to showcase how they address customer needs.
Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree in business finance or related field.
Experience in insurance wealth management or financial services.
FINRA Series 6 63 and Life & Health Insurance License required.
Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong knowledge of insurance products sales concepts and industry regulations.
Ability to multitask with attention to detail ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Compensation Opportunities:
Base Salary
Monthly Bonus based upon production in the territory
Annual Bonus based upon individual production goals
Annual Bonus based upon team production goals
Salary Transparency:
Disclosure required under applicable law in California Colorado Illinois Maryland Minnesota New York New Jersey and Washington states: The expected salary offered for this position is $60000 with additional bonus opportunity.
