About The Role

As a Logistics Broker you will be responsible for generating business by brokering vehicle movement deals between our customers and suppliers. You will play a key role in matching supply with demand while delivering exceptional first-class service to both Movex customers and suppliers. This role requires strong negotiation communication and relationship-building skills to ensure efficient and reliable logistics solutions.

What Youll Be Doing

• Proactively generate deals within the Movex platform to drive business growth
• Collaborate with the broker team to ensure accounts are managed professionally and consistently deliver a great customer experience
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction are met
• Build and maintain strong effective relationships with both customers and suppliers
• Consistently achieve and exceed performance targets within agreed timeframes
• Take personal responsibility for delivering outstanding customer service always putting the customer first
• Actively seek and implement feedback to continuously improve performance and service delivery
• Identify and recommend new ways of working to support cross-functional collaboration and business efficiency
• Work closely with team members to meet evolving customer needs and expectations
• Support the achievement of individual and team KPIs and service level agreements through effective collaboration and communication

What Were Looking For

• Proven experience working in a sales or broker team (essential)
• Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Confident using computers and digital systems for a variety of tasks
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Resourceful inventive and self-confident with a proactive approach
• Previous experience in logistics or planning operations is desirable
