The IT team plays a key role in supporting teaching staff students and leadership with reliable secure and innovative systems.
The IT Technician will provide first- and second-line technical support ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of all IT systems.
Responsibilities include:
Maintaining hardware software and network systems
Troubleshooting technical issues for staff and students
Supporting classroom technology and learning platforms
Managing user accounts devices and security protocols
Assisting with system upgrades and new technology rollouts
Experience in an IT support role (education sector desirable)
Strong technical troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of networks devices and Microsoft systems
Excellent problem-solving and customer-service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
