We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Drama Teacher to join a vibrant Creative Arts faculty at a well-regarded secondary school in Hillingdon. This is a full-time permanent position available for an immediate (ASAP) start perfect for a teacher who is passionate about the transformative power of the performing arts.

• Curriculum: Drama across KS3 KS4 (GCSE) and KS5 (A-Level or BTEC Performing Arts).

• Salary: Outer London Main/Upper Pay Scale (MPS/UPS).

The Opportunity

Your role will involve delivering a high-quality curriculum that balances practical performance devised theatre and script analysis. We Are Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.

• A specialist degree in Drama Performing Arts or Theatre Studies.

• A proven track record of delivering engaging lessons that prepare students for GCSE and A-Level success.

• A passion for extracurricular engagement including directing school productions and organizing theatre visits.

• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a safe inclusive space for creative risk-taking.

• The availability to start immediately or at short notice.
