Job Summary
We are looking for a Project Manager for an important software company located in Barcelona.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end programme management of M&A GTM integration workstreams from planning through execution.
Coordinate cross-functional functional leads across Sales Customer Success Marketing and related teams.
Drive project timelines milestones and deliverables to ensure on-time and high-quality execution.
Identify risks develop mitigation plans and proactively solve issues.
Facilitate stakeholder alignment and decision-making across senior leadership.
Prepare and deliver executive-level status reporting and communications.
Manage meetings and workshops with international teams including US-based stakeholders.
Support continuous improvement of integration processes and ways of working.
Requirements:
23 years of experience in project or programme management within complex cross-functional environments.
Proven experience managing senior stakeholders and executive-level communication.
Strong understanding of business operations and go-to-market processes.
Excellent organisational analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in fast-paced evolving environments with shifting priorities.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Willingness to attend meetings with US teams up to 78pm CET.
Experience in M&A integration or strategic transformation projects is a strong plus.
