About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to strengthen architecture governance and coordination within a large public organization. The role focuses on defining clear mandates responsibilities and working methods for both IT and business architecture ensuring efficient decision-making and effective governance across the organization. The assignment includes reviewing and updating governing documents clarifying coordination between architecture governance and product areas and supporting implementation of organizational improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and propose frameworks for architecture governance with IT having overall responsibility
Establish and anchor common working methods governance structures and collaboration models
Revise optimize and maintain governing and supporting architecture documents
Clarify and strengthen coordination between architecture governance and product areas
Lead and coordinate activities across teams when needed
Analyze complex issues and communicate solutions clearly and effectively
Requirements:
At least 7 years of experience in overall architecture management in large organizations (1000 employees) within the last 10 years
Current experience in architecture management and agile practices in a public authority or large organization
Proven experience with overall responsibility for architecture
Minimum 2 years of current experience in architecture work spanning both IT and operations
Fluent in Swedish both spoken and written
Strong analytical strategic thinking and communication skills
Experience with TOGAF and SAFe frameworks
Experience leading IT specialists
Experience in project and change management
Assignment performed on-site with hybrid flexibility located in Örebro or Norrköping
May require signing a security agreement if classification changes
